We are further convinced that he would be the best no matter what geographical area he works in, and Lord knows we have bought and sold real estate in FL, CA, and TX. What makes Michael stand out among all others is the fact, that he is not just a Realtor®; he is also a savvy businessman, with a unique approach, and total dedication to the business transaction and his clients. In our case, the sale of the property was the easy part for Michael. He got us multiple offers in approximately 10 days. Thereafter, came the true challenge, since the property was owned by three partners with adversary interests. I must say, that against all odds, on multiple occasions with the patience of a saint, Michael successfully acted as a liaison and mediator between the owners/partners, their attorneys, and the title company. And, may I add, he did so with ease and always with ultimate honesty and self-respect. Too bad, Michael doesn’t live here in TX, where we do! Our loss! As a Realtor® (retired now) myself, he respected my need for access to properties I was interested in and was very helpful in local practices, different from Sacramento. We told him what we expected for getting results for our goals and we ended up making an offer in very short order. Don't be mistaken for his casual, no-pressure demeanor. His local knowledge and reputation working with listing agents matter. We made an offer of cash and 2 weeks close to grease the deal among multiple offers, with a 4-hour cap to the deal. We received our oral acceptance within the hour. A tip to consider. Do your homework. Study online inventory of homes, days on market. Learn about locations and preferences, and budget. Then recruit an agent like Michael, and share with him your goals and time frame, and the financing you worked out (Pre-approval). Don't call multiple agents to show. A buyer's agent can objectively show all, and help you build a great deal with market constraints in mind. Often, consumer online listings don't reflect deals in progress so let him freshen up lists of homes that are truly available."
